Welcome to Mitecraft!
By accessing our Minecraft server and website at https://mitecraft.com, which are collectively referred to as our “Services,” you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Rules. If you do not agree to any of these, you are advised to cease the use of our services.
FAIR USE
Our Minecraft server is governed under the Minecraft EULA (End User License Agreement) located at account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula. The Minecraft EULA states that everyone who accesses our server must have fair and reasonable access to all parts of the game and server. Hacking, duping, or using modifications to have an advantage over other players is not allowed and will result in termination of access to the server. Vanilla exploits that all users are capable of using with a vanilla copy of the game are generally allowed but can be restricted or prohibited at the staff team's discretion. By joining our Minecraft server, you have agreed to the Minecraft EULA and our Rules.
Any actions that are interpreted to have negative intentions towards another person using our services, or towards the services themselves, could result in termination of access to our services. Final interpretation of actions performed by any person using our services and choice of correction for said actions is at the discretion of our staff team. Only the owner of Mitecraft can override this decision.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By posting or creating content of any form on any of our services, you grant us a license to modify, commercialize, or delete your content at our discretion. Please keep our services clean by only creating appropriate content. We may remove any content you create if we determine it to be inappropriate or in violation of our Terms and Rules. We may commercialize your content by using the content in any form of advertising that we do. We will never sell your content or the rights to your content; only use it to promote Mitecraft.
You can request a copy of your content by contacting us. Only the author of the content will be allowed to request a copy. We will always provide a copy of your content as long as we still have the ability to do so. We may retain a copy of anything you create, even if you delete it (often in the backups of our Minecraft server), so be careful what you create!

DONATIONS
Mitecraft is a free-for-all service. We do not charge any fees to use the basic functionality of our site and server. Although we welcome monetary donations, it is not and will never be mandatory.
By donating to Mitecraft, you agree to the Terms herein, confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have authorization to use the PayPal account, credit card, or debit card used to donate.
All your donations are considered monetary gifts and any in-game items, ranks, virtual currency or goods (collectively referred to as "perks") that you receive in return have no real-world value. You may not sell or exchange any of the perks received. Doing so is a violation of our Terms. We reserve the right to remove or change any of the perks you receive at our discretion at any time. Abuse of any of your perks will result in termination of some or all of your perks.
It is up to the owner of Mitecraft to determine how any money given Mitecraft shall be used. We do not guarantee that any "donation" to Mitecraft will be used solely for costs relating to the server. However, coverage of costs and fees required in maintaining and expanding our services will always be the prioritized use of your donations.
Any money given to Mitecraft is not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. Please be careful when you are donating and make sure you understand what you are receiving in return for your donation. We will only issue a refund if sufficient proof has been provided to verify that the donation was accidental or if we are unable to provide the advertised perks for donating. We do not refund donations to players that were banned from the Mitecraft server.

TERMINATION AND LIMITATION
We may terminate or suspend any user's access to one or all of our services immediately and permanently, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. This includes failure to follow these Terms and Rules. Termination of access to our Minecraft Server (a server ban) can be disputed by filing a ban appeal. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the punishment will be lifted. Your appeal will be processed within 48 hours of submitting at which point it will be decided if your termination is lifted or not.
We also hold the right to put your use of any of our services under limitation without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Limitations can be in any form including complete termination of access. Limitations on the Minecraft server include, but are not limited to, being "jailed," muted, kicked, or having specific features taken away from your Minecraft account on the server.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Mitecraft uses external services to help us provide additional services or features for you. Whenever you are using any of these external services, you are bound by the respective service's Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for nor do we endorse these third-party sites or their products or services, whether or not we are affiliated with such third-party websites. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings you may have on or through a third-party website or as a result of the presence of any third-party advertising on the site and server. We suggest that you read the Terms and Policies of any service you use.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The materials on Mitecraft's website and services are published in good faith and is for general information and entertainment purposes only. We do not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability or accuracy of any information found on our website or services. Any action you take upon the information you find on any of our services is strictly at your discretion. We may make changes to the materials contained in our services at any time without notice.

Mitecraft has not reviewed all of the sites or services linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or service. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Mitecraft. Use of any such linked sites and services is at the user's own risk.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Mitecraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. If such change or modification is significant, users will be notified at least seven (7) days before the new Terms will take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, such changes or modifications.
